The bus proceeds along Elm Street, then takes a left onto Webster Street, a right onto River Road, and enters Southern New Hampshire University by the second entrance, which is the end of the line.

On the way back, the bus exits the university by taking a right onto River Road, a left onto  Webster Street, a right onto Union Street, and a right onto Lake Avenue. It then takes a right onto Elm Street, arriving at Veterans Park.
