What are the hours of operations for the bus service?
The buses operate Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on Saturday between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. There is no Sunday service.

What are the hours of operation for the office?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are located at 110 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101

What days are you closed?
We are closed on Sundays and on these holidays.

How do I qualify for half-fare?

Where can I pick up a schedule?
On any bus or at the MTA office located at 110 Elm Street. Schedules can also be found at many partner organizations, including City Hall, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, and others throughout the city.

What happens if I lose something on the bus?
All items are held for at least 7 days. Call us at 603-623-8801 to see if we have your item.

Are all the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes.

Do the buses have marked stops?
Yes, but we also operate on a flag down policy. This means that if you are waiting for a bus along its route and you wave at it, the bus will stop somewhere safe to pick you up.

Does the bus have bicycle racks?
Yes. Most buses have space for two bicycles, but the Green DASH buses have room for three.

Does the MTA offer free transfers?
No, we do not offer transfers. If you need to ride more than 3 buses, please purchase a $5.00 day pass to save yourself some money.

How much does it cost to ride to Nashua or Concord?
It requires a $5.00 day pass to ride.
